What's an ACR and why does it matter?
An Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) is the legal document that proves your ordering system meets federal ADA requirements. Toast, Grubhub, and Uber Eats don't ship one. Orderability does — included with every subscription.
If you ever receive an ADA demand letter, your ACR is your first line of defense. It documents exactly what was tested, what passes, and who owns compliance. Platform compliance is ours. Your content is yours — with liability split clearly in the Terms.

How does the founding offer work?
You pay $1 for your entire first year. After that, your rate locks in at $290/year (annual) or $29/month (monthly) — forever. Even when we raise prices for new customers, your rate never changes. Available to the first 20 restaurants only.
What happens after the first year?
You automatically move to your chosen plan — $290/year or $29/month. That rate is grandfathered in for as long as you stay subscribed. No surprises, no price increases.
Does this replace my current ordering system?
No. Nothing changes about your existing setup. You add one accessible ordering link alongside what you already have. Toast, Square, Clover, DoorDash — all untouched.
How does menu setup work?
Paste your current ordering page URL — we scrape it and import your menu in about 2 minutes. You review and confirm before anything goes live. Photos get AI-generated alt text automatically.
How do I get paid for orders?
Through Stripe, directly to your bank account. You connect your Stripe account during setup (5 minutes). Orderability never holds your money.
Is the ACR report included?
Yes — the Accessibility Conformance Report is included with every subscription. The standalone $4,997 option is for businesses that need just the document without the full ordering system (enterprise procurement, legal, etc.).
